These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TheraLoop platform and related services provided by Mast Labs LLC ("Mast Labs," "we," "us"). By accessing or using TheraLoop, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
TheraLoop is an AI-powered physical therapy platform built on the mastOS infrastructure. Services include conversational patient intake (via MILO), clinical evaluation workflows, home exercise program management, patient-provider messaging, scheduling, and related tools delivered through web and mobile applications.
TheraLoop is deployed by physical therapy clinics and practices ("Clinics") for their clinicians and patients. If you are a patient accessing TheraLoop through your clinic's program, these Terms apply to your use of the platform.
TheraLoop is currently available by invitation only. Clinic access requires an executed agreement with Mast Labs. Patient access is provisioned by participating clinics. We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate access at any time.
Patient accounts are created through the intake process. Authentication uses one-time passcodes (OTP) delivered via SMS — no passwords are required or stored. You are responsible for maintaining access to the phone number associated with your account. If your phone number changes, contact your clinic to update your records.

MILO is an AI-powered assistant that facilitates patient intake and clinical communication. MILO does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. All clinical decisions are made by licensed healthcare professionals. MILO's responses are informational and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical judgment.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately. Do not use MILO for emergency communications.
By participating in TheraLoop, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your care, including intake conversations, appointment reminders, and platform notifications. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of non-essential SMS at any time by replying STOP. Opting out of intake SMS may prevent you from completing pre-visit intake through MILO.
TheraLoop, mastOS, MILO, and all associated trademarks, logos, designs, and software are the property of Mast Labs LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for its intended purpose. This license does not include the right to modify, distribute, or create derivative works.
Clinical data entered by healthcare providers remains the property of the respective clinic. Patient data rights are governed by applicable healthcare regulations including HIPAA.
Clinics may operate TheraLoop under their own branding through our Harbor configuration system. Each Harbor is a logically isolated deployment. Clinic branding and customization do not transfer ownership of the underlying platform to the clinic.
TheraLoop is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. We are not a healthcare provider and do not practice medicine. Your relationship with your healthcare provider is independent of your use of TheraLoop.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mast Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of TheraLoop, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or clinical outcomes. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by your clinic for the relevant service period.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mast Labs LLC from claims arising from your misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third party's rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. Your clinic may also terminate your access. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases. Data retention follows our Privacy Policy and applicable regulations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
